Cap Corse is an Corsican aperitive that has existed for more than 150 years - 15%
It is made from a base wine of Vermentino and Muscat, with subsequent additional macerations of herbs, spices, the local citron fruit, and cinchona bark.
The white variety is exceptionally refreshing, enhanced with citrus aromas. Citron is used in the recipe for Cap Corse Blanc providing a wonderful complexity and lovely sweet acidity on the palate.
